ANNUAL BOILER SERVICE

Receive your annual boiler service included in the membership.
This will make sure that your boiler is running safely and efficiently all year.

BOILER AND CONTROLS

All boiler faults and faulty controls will be repaired, including:

  • Central heating pumps
  • 2 and 3 Port valves
  • Thermostats
  • Programmers

HEATING SYSTEM REPAIRS

All heating system repairs are covered, including:

  • Leaks on a heating systems and radiators
  • Faulty thermostatic radiator valves
  • Air locks
  • Pressure relief valves
  • Expansion vessels

Up to £1,000, including VAT, for getting access and making good for each repair.

PLUMBING LEAKS

All plumbing leaks will be repaired, including:

  • Any pipework from the internal stopcock.
  • Waste pipe leaks.
  • The hot water cylinder and cold water tanks including immersion heaters, toilet siphons, isolation, ball and radiator valves.
  • A leaking internal gas supply pipe from your gas meter up to any gas appliance

Up to £1,000, including VAT, for getting access and making good for each repair.

BLOCKED DRAINS

Drains are covered from blockages, including:

  • Shower and bath wastes
  • Sink wastes
  • Basin wastes
  • Bidet wastes
  • External drains
  • Blocked toilets

PRIORITY SERVICE

Being a member means you come first. We make sure we make it out to you as soon as it is convenient for you. SPH are on-call for emergencies 24 hours a day.

NO EXCESS

There is no excess on any call out you make to us. Have peace of mind that we won’t ask for additional costs.

Once you sign up to SPH After-Care you will receive your membership card with your own unique membership number, please use this when contacting us. There is no limit to the amount of claims you can make during each annual membership.

Having cover means you’ll have extra peace of mind throughout the year, especially reassuring during the colder months.
