WORK RATES

Regardless of how big or small your plumbing repair may seem, there will only be a minimum charge of one hour on all emergency jobs and thereafter work is charged only at 15 minute increments. This is to ensure we offer all of our customers a fair and affordable service.

All of our vans are stocked with the most common heating spares, this means a high percentage of breakdowns are fixed on the first visit. On the rare occasion a part is unavailable or a repair can’t be carried out on the first visit we provide you with temporary complimentary heaters to keep you warm.

Plumbing- £95 per hour

Heating/Gas- £95 per hour

Boiler service- £95

Gas fire service- £100

Back boiler service- £120

Power flushing from £500- £50 per additional radiator over 10 radiators (inc towel rails)

Gas safe certificate* £100
Gas safe certificate & boiler service* £115
*Each additional appliance is £20

All prices exclude parts, materials and VAT.
